NHS Finance for Non Finance Managers is a course to help managers in the NHS. In order for NHS managers to be able to use financial information to better effect they need to understand it. Therefore this course takes a simple approach to quickly helping NHS managers understand their financial reports. So that the course is as open and inclusive as possible, we assume to prior knowledge.
NHS Finance for Non Finance People Course aims
We aim to ensure that everyone on the course leaves with an understanding of the financial information they receive in the NHS. For example, many managers receive a Budget Report every month from their Finance Team. So that they can use this information successfully, they need to understand what they are looking at! By the end of the our attendees will have a full understanding of the nature and impact of this and other NHS Finance documents.

In order for you to make the best use of your time, we can run the course over a full day or a half day. So that we can vary the length, we can add or remove topics that are more relevant or not relevant to your team. We are happy to discuss the course content with you.
