As well as being in the training industry presenting financial & business training, we have also had our own holiday let business since 2011. We currently have 9 holiday lets based in central York. See

We have made many mistakes in this period and discovered the secrets of making management as easy as possible. We have also advised many friends and others who have been looking at buying a holiday let. Many of these people are now running their own successful businesses.

We run both public courses and in house corporate courses. Our public courses are held from time to time across the UK. Our corporate Air BNB and Holiday Let Courses are delivered usually to organisations who have clients running holiday lets or thinking of doing so. For example, solicitors, accountants and holiday let agencies. These can be a useful way for these organisations to market their services to potential clients as well as providing help for existing ones.

We are now providing our Introduction to owning & managing an Air BNB & Holiday Let Course as an on line course. Dates are as follows:
